Today we are going to learn to make comments to different online postings

Schema: Pronunciation (30 Mins)

Task 1A

Time to review some vocabulary and pronunciation

This is gonna be part of the vocabulary that we are going to cover for today’s class

  1. Make groups of three.
  2. Figure out what the words are.

Instructions

  1. One student reads the questions from the presentation.
  2. The other students listen carefully to the question and read the answer in case they have it.

The situation is this:

A person invited the member of a Signal group to his/her barbecue and that started a Q&A

  • The kids will play in the garden or play video games in the living room.
  • About 20 people.
  • It is on Saturday.
  • At my house, in the backyard.
  • It starts at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

  • Maybe around 7 or 8 in the evening.
  • I will do the grilling.
  • Because I want to have fun with friends and eat good food.
  • Just bring yourself and maybe a drink or some snacks if you want.

Create an invitation using all parts of an online invitation

Instructions for Part 1:

  1. In Groups of Three
  2. Create an invitation for a webinar using Artificial Intelligence.
  3. The invitation has to be an invitation related to your major.
  4. Make sure that the invitation has all relevant details. (see example)
  5. Share the invitation in the classroom Padlet. Write the name of all participants when you post it.

Instructions for Part 2:

  1. Classmates write questions to their classmate. (while you are inside the classroom)
  2. The Webinar Invitation creators have to respond to the questions using the Padlet’s built-in Feature. (You can go outside to record during 15 mins)
