Use “do” with the subjects I, you, we, and they.

• Do I need to bring anything?
• Do you like coffee?
• Do we have enough time?
• Do they live nearby?

Use “does” with the subjects he, she, and it (third-person singular).

• Does he play football?
• Does she work here?
• Does it taste good?
