25 Neighborhood Conversation Questions for the ESL Classroom

A Neighborhood is a geographically localized community within a larger city, town, suburb, or rural area.

Neighborhoods are often social communities with considerable face-to-face interaction among members

These are 26 different neighborhood conversation questions divided in three different sets.

How to Use these Conversation Questions

You are probably interested in learning how to use conversation questions in the classroom.

There are several ways to use these and other conversation questions in EnglishPost.org

  • You can print the questions, cut them out and put them in a plastic or paper bag, and ask learners to grab one and answer them.
  • You can print the different sets, give them to learners and ask them to answer these questions. After that, you can give them 5 minutes to gather with people who have the same set and start having a conversation.
