Task-Based Lesson Plan
Objective: To set and talk about smart goals in different contexts of Life
Students play board races with some key vocabulary that will be used during today’s lesson
- Teacher introduces key vocabulary about example of goals, type of goals and examples of smart goals using a power point presentation.
- Students are going to see part of image in a powerpoint presentation and they are gonna try to guess and describe the picture
Students sits in pairs and they interview their classmates using a powerpoint presentation that can be displayed on their smartphones, computer or tablets.
When students are finished, they would work with their classmates creating Smart Goals, they make sure the goal is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based
Students rehearse telling their smart goals to their classmates.
Students talk about their goals to their classmates
Teacher writes five good phrases used by students and five incorrect phrases used and how to avoid those mistakes / errors in the future.
